目的:研究肝郁证SD大鼠血清睾酮(testosterone,T)及间质细胞(Leydig cell)的水平。方法取6月龄SD雄性大鼠18只,随机分成两组:模型组12只,空白组6只。空白组常规饲养,模型组采用自制枷锁套在大鼠颈部,并用自制的脚镣束缚其双后足,连续21d,造成肝郁证模型,造模成功将动物处死,测T水平,光镜结合图像分析系统观察Leydig细胞的显微结构。结果模型组T水平为(71.41±43.97) ng/ml,空白组T水平为(155.03±93.14)ng/mL,两组比较差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);睾丸病理形态示:Leydig 细胞数量模型组为(19.67±8.70),空白组为(33.17±13.59),模型组数量减少,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),且模型组细胞体积变小,细胞核不规则。结论肝郁证可降低SD大鼠T水平和减少Leydig 细胞数量。

목적:연구간욱증SD대서혈청고동(testosterone,T)급간질세포(Leydig cell)적수평。방법취6월령SD웅성대서18지,수궤분성량조:모형조12지,공백조6지。공백조상규사양,모형조채용자제가쇄투재대서경부,병용자제적각료속박기쌍후족,련속21d,조성간욱증모형,조모성공장동물처사,측T수평,광경결합도상분석계통관찰Leydig세포적현미결구。결과모형조T수평위(71.41±43.97) ng/ml,공백조T수평위(155.03±93.14)ng/mL,량조비교차이구통계학의의(P <0.05);고환병리형태시:Leydig 세포수량모형조위(19.67±8.70),공백조위(33.17±13.59),모형조수량감소,차이구통계학의의(P<0.05),차모형조세포체적변소,세포핵불규칙。결론간욱증가강저SD대서T수평화감소Leydig 세포수량。
Objective To study the level of serum testosterone and the number of Leydig cells of SD rats with Liver depression. Methods 18 six-month-old SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups such asthe model group(12 rats), the blank group(6 rats). Rats in the blank group were treated with conventional farming, and rats in the model group with home-made neck yoke and fetters, 21 days later, theywere induced into liver depression model . All rats were killed and their serum testosterone (T) levels were measured and the microstructure of the leydig cells were observed by light microscopy combined with image analysis system. Results Serum testosterone levels of the model group and the blank group were (71.41±43.97) ng/mL and (155.03±93.14) ng/mL, there was a significant differece between them (P<0.05); Testicular pathological patterns analysis showed that the number of Leydig cells of the model group (19.67±8.70) was obviously lower than that of the blank group (33.17±13.59,P<0.05) and the size of cells was smaller, the nuclei was irregular. Conclusion Liver depression might affect serum testosterone levels and the number Leydig cells thus injuryreproductive function.
