近年来,大学生心理问题发生率有上升趋势,一些心理健康问题甚至引发了自残、自杀、凶杀等恶性事件,严重影响了大学生的健康成长与发展。然而,目前很多高校学生管理者却对大学生心理健康教育工作不够重视,限制了心理健康教育效能的发挥,无法有力预防和缓解当代大学生出现的各种心理问题。因此,本文从高校学生管理者的角度,就如何加强大学生心理健康教育实效性展开了分析,以提升大学生的心理健康水平,实现大学生的健康成长,并对推进高校大学生心理健康教育改革有所借鉴。

In recent years,college students' psychological problems incidence is increasing,and some mental health problems,even sparked committing suicide and murder and malignant events,serious impact on the college students' healthy growth and development.At present,however,many universities in psychological health education work not enough attention,mental health education function limit,can't effectively prevent and ease of the modern college students appear all sorts of psychological problems.Therefore,in order to improve college students' psychological health level,realize the healthy growth of college students,this paper on how to strengthen college students' psychological health education effect analysis,hope to promote college students' psychological health education reform can draw lessons from it.
