随着我国普通高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校的学生人数日益壮大,每年高校毕业生数量也在不断增加。虽然政府、高校各方都在不断增加就业机会,但是大学生就业形势依然很严峻。大学生就业工作尤其是贫困大学生的就业问题一直是关注重点。因此,做好贫困生就业工作,帮助他们顺利就业能有效地维护社会和高校的稳定发展,是构建和谐社会和和谐校园的重要内容。
