高校中的学生会是学生自我锻炼、自我提高的基层学生组织。学生会纽带式的存在方式往往使得其自身出现监管不力、组织涣散、作风官僚、面向对象狭窄和组织力低下等弊端。只有解决了这些问题,高校的学生会才能变得更有价值,真正成为培养学生实践能力和全方位才能的地方。本文针对高校学生会的弊端,探讨建立一种＂三高＂型学生会,即高水平、高效率和高凝聚力。
高校中的學生會是學生自我鍛煉、自我提高的基層學生組織。學生會紐帶式的存在方式往往使得其自身齣現鑑管不力、組織渙散、作風官僚、麵嚮對象狹窄和組織力低下等弊耑。隻有解決瞭這些問題,高校的學生會纔能變得更有價值,真正成為培養學生實踐能力和全方位纔能的地方。本文針對高校學生會的弊耑,探討建立一種＂三高＂型學生會,即高水平、高效率和高凝聚力。

Colleges' student union is the grass-roots student organization for students' self-training,self-improvement.The students' link existence style often makes itself appear the lack of supervision,organizational slack,bureaucratic,narrow and low organizational power of object-oriented and other defects.Only by addressing these problems,the university students' union to become more valuable and truly become the place to cultivate students' practical abilities and comprehensive in order.The drawbacks of this article for the college student union to discuss the establishment of a "three high" student union,a high level,high efficiency and high cohesion.
