考风决定学风、学风关系校风、校风折射未来。没有好的学风,学生学习的真实水平得不到客观反映和评价,学生学习的积极性、教师工作的积极性也都会受到影响,而教与学正是学校建设发展的核心和关键,得不到良好的发展势必会影响学校的未来。据观察发现考试态度不端正已成为一种不良风气在大学生中蔓延,而且老师对于学生作弊行为的放任现象已经存在。本文通过对独立学院学生和老师的考纪考风心理展开调查,全面、客观、真实地了解学院师生的考风心理状态,为学校校风建设添一份力,同时为了帮助学生端正学习态度,树立正确的价值观,以便为将来的人生铺平道路。

Test rules determine the study style,style of study relates to school ethos,school ethos refracts future.Without good style of study,not an objective response and evaluation of the true level of student learning,student motivation to learn,the enthusiasm of the teachers' work will be affected,and the teaching and learning is the school construction and development of core and key,not good development will certainly affect the future of the school.Observed that the attitude is not correct is the test has become an unhealthy tendency to spread among college students and the teacher for student cheating,laissez-faire phenomenon already exists.In this paper,the independent school students and teachers test regulations and rules psychological investigation,a comprehensive,objective,real understanding of faculty and students test wind mental state,a force for the construction of school ethos,at the same time in order to help students correct attitude towards learning to establish correct values,in order to pave the way for future life.
