With the development of Life Sciences,people have a more clear recognition about gene.The word of "gene" evolving for nearly one century can be explained in the molecular level now. The research of the historical figures of gene can not only reveal the secret of biological phenomena essentially but facilitate the development of the fields that have llfe such as business and computer. Here we summarized the developing course of gene,introduced the method of Quantum Chemistry taken as a tool to study nucleic acid and analyzed the prospect of the method of Quantum Chemistry applied to the field of Genetics.
