在创意经济大背景下,社会对开拓型旅游创意人才的需求日益迫切。本文首先阐明了开拓型旅游创意人才提出的宏观背景,分析了重庆高校旅游管理专业教学模式改革的重要意义,并从加强教学团队建设、加强教材建设、加强精品课程建设、加强教学方法改革四方面分析了开拓型旅游创意人才培养的教学模式改革举措。

In the context of the creative economy,social demand to creative talents of pioneering tourism is increasingly urgent.This paper firstly clarifies the the pioneering travel creative talents macro background,the significance of the analysis of the colleges and universities of tourism management professional teaching mode reform,and to strengthen the reform of teaching methods to strengthen the teaching team-building,strengthen the construction of teaching materials,and to strengthen the construction of quality courses,four areas of pioneering tourism creative personnel training teaching mode reform initiatives.
