文章针对墩锻轴承毛坯用闭式单点压力机结构特点和毛坯外形特点,进行了上下料机械手工作原理研究和方案设计,该上下料机械手主要由机械、气动和电气控制三个子系统组成;在考虑毛坯夹紧力、安装空间和工作环境等因素的前提下,对央紧气缸、送料气缸和推料气缸等进行了参数设计和选型。
文章針對墩鍛軸承毛坯用閉式單點壓力機結構特點和毛坯外形特點,進行瞭上下料機械手工作原理研究和方案設計,該上下料機械手主要由機械、氣動和電氣控製三箇子繫統組成;在攷慮毛坯夾緊力、安裝空間和工作環境等因素的前提下,對央緊氣缸、送料氣缸和推料氣缸等進行瞭參數設計和選型。

The working principle and schematic design of the full auto load and unload manipulator was conducted by the closed type single point press's structural features and appearance of the roughcast of bearing tings. The manipulator was composed of mechanical system, pneumatic system and electrical control systems. The parameter selection and design of the clamping cylinder, a feeding cylinder and a unloading air cylinder were according to the blank clamping force, the installation space and the work environment.
