为解决发光二极管(LED)的亮度随其温度而变化的问题,设计并实验实现了一种提高其发光温度稳定性的简单方法。将一个热敏电阻与一个普通电阻并联,再将它们与LED串联,当环境温度变化时,热敏电阻的阻值随之改变,由此引起的电路中电流的变化可以补偿LED光输出随温度的变化。本实验设计不但实现了一种利用热敏电阻减小LED亮度随温度变化的一种简单方法,同时学习了通过实验数据确定热敏电阻温度系数的方法,以及将热敏电阻与温度的非线性关系通过并联电路将其线性化的方法。

To solve the problem of the brightness of the light-emitting diode (LED), with its temperature changes, the design and experimental realization of a simple method to improve its temperature stability of the light emitting. A thermistor with an ordinary resistor in parallel, and then they are with the LED in series, when the ambient temperature changes, the resistance of the thermistor changes, thereby causing a circuit change in current can be compensated in the LED light output with tem- perature changes. The experimental design is not only to achieve a simple way to reduce the LED brightness varies with tem- perature a thermistor; while learning the methods of experimental data to determine the temperature coefficient thermistor, as well as non-linear thermistor temperature sexual relations through the parallel circuit of the linearization method.
