通过对顺德、中山两地区场地的工程实例实测数据进行分析,提出了制约堆载预压中沉降速率的主要因素,并就土体沉降速率与孔隙水压力之间的关系加以详细论述,从而确定珠江三角洲软土地基在堆载预压处理下的沉降速率标准,为工程设计和施工提供依据。

The paper analyzes the measured data of the engineering examples at the fields of Shunde and Zhongshan, points out the main factors which restrain the settlement rate in the surcharge preloading, and indicates the relationship between the soil settlement rate and pore water pressure, so as to identify the settlement rate standard of the soft soil foundation at Pearl River Delta in the surcharge preloading and provide the reference for the engineering design and construction.
