对历届诺贝尔物理学奖得主的本科入学年龄、本科就读大学以及取得获奖成果所在机构进行了数据统计与分析,同时结合典型实例剖析了智力和非智力因素在人才培养中的不同作用与相互关系。结果表明:诺奖得主平均在18岁接受本科教育,同时扎实的基础和坚强的毅力助其进入知名大学和研究机构,从而取得杰出成果。本文得出的结论可为广大教育和受教育者在人才培养、科研态度等方面提供诸多有益的启示。

Based on the statistical information of the ages of attending the university,names of the first university and institutions where their main achievements were made of the winners of Nobel Prize in physics,quantitative analysis of the situation of their basic education was conducted.Combining with some typical examples showing their good qualities,we also explained the different roles and relationship of intelligence and non-intellectual factors in their academic growth.The results showed that they attended universities at the average age of 18.By means of strong knowledge and volitional quality,they could enter the famous institutions and achieved the Nobel Prize.
