This paper focus on the methods which can guarantee electronic background college students participate extracurricular science and technology activities for a long time effectively.These methods not only raising students' capacity of practice but also enhance chemic innovation ability of students.While at the same time,the form of organization,hardware platform,software platform and the contents of activity can also be settled by these methods.After almost a decade's practical,it shows a good result.
