According to the illustration of some dangerous accidents at the construction sites,the paper sums up the adoption of the pre-control and the afterwards measures and their effect and some lessons to remind inspectors to use relative laws,regulations and knowledge,so as to establish some aims for avoiding or reducing the accidents and ensure the human,wealth and material safety of the inspection programs maximally.
