以某高层住宅为例,对CFG桩复合地基和传统桩基础进行技术和经济效益方面分析比较,结果表明,CFG桩复合地基使桩间土的作用得到了充分发挥,增大了复合地基的压缩模量,使复合地基最终沉降变形减小,约为桩基的23%~30%;CFG桩复合地基利用工业废料粉煤灰、不配筋,充分发挥桩间土的承载力,工程造价低廉,经济效益明显优于桩基础方案。

Taking one high residence as an example,CFG pile composite foundation and traditional pile foundation are studied from the aspects of technical and economic.The comparison shows that soil between CFG piles give full play to the role,so the compression modulus of composite foundation increases,which led to the final settlement deformation decrease approximately 23% to 30% of traditional pile foundation,CFG pile composite foundation can make up of industrial waste fly ash and without reinforcement,so the project cost is lower.Therefore,the economic efficiency is significantly better than pile foundation scheme.
