目的:观察补阳还五汤对急性缺血性卒中患者神经功能及同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)的影响。方法将64例急性缺血性卒中患者随机分为2组,对照组32例予西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加补阳还五汤治疗,2组均治疗21 d。观察2组治疗前后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分( NIHSS)、Hcy水平变化,比较2组疗效。结果2组治疗后NIHSS评分、Hcy水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率62.50%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性卒中疗效确切,作用机制与降低血清Hcy水平、抗氧化应激及促进脑缺血损伤后组织修复有关。

목적:관찰보양환오탕대급성결혈성졸중환자신경공능급동형반광안산( Hcy)적영향。방법장64례급성결혈성졸중환자수궤분위2조,대조조32례여서의상규치료,치료조32례재대조조치료기출상가보양환오탕치료,2조균치료21 d。관찰2조치료전후미국국립위생원신경공능결손평분( NIHSS)、Hcy수평변화,비교2조료효。결과2조치료후NIHSS평분、Hcy수평균교본조치료전강저(P<0.01),차치료조강저경명현(P<0.05)。치료조총유효솔87.50%,대조조총유효솔62.50%,2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),치료조료효우우대조조。결론보양환오탕치료급성결혈성졸중료효학절,작용궤제여강저혈청Hcy수평、항양화응격급촉진뇌결혈손상후조직수복유관。
Objective To explore the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on neurological function and homo -cysteine ( Hcy) in patients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods Sixty-four cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups ,32 cases each group .The control group received conventional therapy ,and the test group received Buyanghuanwu decoction in addition to conventional therapy ;the treatment lasted for 21 days.Results The overall effective rate was 87.50%and 62.50%in the two groups respectively ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and homocysteine (Hcy) level signifi-cantly decreased in two groups (P<0.01),and showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment is proved to be effective for acute ischemic stroke ,its functioning mechanism is related to lowering serum Hcy level and oxidative stress ,and improving cerebral tissue repair after ische-mic injury.
