目的：观察癃闭舒胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新治疗盆腔术后排尿功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将80例盆腔术后排尿功能障碍患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予盐酸坦洛新0．2 mg，每晚1次口服。治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用癃闭舒胶囊3粒，每日2次口服。2组均治疗8周后统计临床疗效及测定残余尿量、最大尿流率（Qmax）、平均尿流率（Qave），同时记录不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率92．5％，对照组总有效率80．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；2组治疗后膀胱残余尿量、Qmax及Qave均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0．05），且治疗组各项指标改善优于对照组（P＜0．05）。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论癃闭舒胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新治疗盆腔术后排尿功能障碍疗效确切。
목적：관찰륭폐서효낭연합염산탄락신치료분강술후배뇨공능장애적림상료효。방법장80례분강술후배뇨공능장애환자수궤분위2조。대조조40례여염산탄락신0．2 mg，매만1차구복。치료조40례재대조조치료기출상가용륭폐서효낭3립，매일2차구복。2조균치료8주후통계림상료효급측정잔여뇨량、최대뇨류솔（Qmax）、평균뇨류솔（Qave），동시기록불량반응。결과치료조총유효솔92．5％，대조조총유효솔80．0％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조；2조치료후방광잔여뇨량、Qmax급Qave균교치료전명현개선（P＜0．05），차치료조각항지표개선우우대조조（P＜0．05）。2조균미견명현불량반응。결론륭폐서효낭연합염산탄락신치료분강술후배뇨공능장애료효학절。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Longbishu capsule combined with tamsulosin hydro-chloride on the treatment of pelvic postoperative urination dysfunction .Methods 80 cases of pelvic postoperative u-rination dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups .40 cases in control group received tamsulosin hydrochlo-ride,0.2mg,once every night .40 patients in treatment group were treated by Longbishu capsule ,3 pills,twice a day combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride for eight weeks .Residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate (Qmax) and average urinary flow rate (Qave) were determined,at the same time,adverse reactions was recorded .Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.5%) was better than that in control group (80.0%,P<0.05).Blad-der residual urine volume ,Qmax and Qave after treatment were improved in comparison with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).There indexes in treatment group were better than those in control group (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups .Conclusions Longbishu capsule combined with tamsulosin hydro-chloride has satisfied curative effect and fewer side effects on the treatment of pelvic postoperative urination dysfunc -tion.
