青海省退牧还草工程实施9年来，已累计完成禁牧封育826．7×104hm2，占全省中度以上退化草地的45．6％。通过监测，退牧区草地植被盖度提高了15％～20％；牧草高度增加了3．5～5．5cm；草地牧草产量提高了26．45％。同时，草地生态环境得到了明显改善，草畜矛盾有所缓解，退牧还草工程的实施效果明显。建议，扩大该项工程在省内的实施范围，增加年度的实施规模，尽快完成全省的退牧还草任务，从而扩大工程的生态经济效益。

청해성퇴목환초공정실시9년래，이루계완성금목봉육826．7×104hm2，점전성중도이상퇴화초지적45．6％。통과감측，퇴목구초지식피개도제고료15％～20％；목초고도증가료3．5～5．5cm；초지목초산량제고료26．45％。동시，초지생태배경득도료명현개선，초축모순유소완해，퇴목환초공정적실시효과명현。건의，확대해항공정재성내적실시범위，증가년도적실시규모，진쾌완성전성적퇴목환초임무，종이확대공정적생태경제효익。
Since carried out the project of giving up grazing to return grass 9 years in Qinghai province, 826.7 × 104hm2 of enclosure and grazing prohibition have been completed, occupy the 45.6% of above moderate de- graded grassland. Through monitoring, vegetation coverage increased from 15% to 20%, grass height in- creased by 3.5 -5.5cm, forage yield increased by 26.45% in giving up grazing grassland. At the same time,grassland ecological environment to get improvement, contradiction of grass cultivate alleviates, the project effect of giving up grazing to return grass is apparent. Recommendations of the project should be expand in Qinghai and increase annual implementation scale as soon as possible. The task of giving up grazing to return grass should be completed, thereby to expand the ecological and economic benefits.
