“雷锋车”是20世纪60年代，连云港市新浦火车站在全国轰轰烈烈的“学雷锋”活动中的一个创举。“雷锋车’’栉风沐雨50年，传承着中华民族的传统美德，传递着人间真爱，产生了良好的社会效应。但在全国甚或江苏省范围内，“雷锋车”组的感人事迹和奉献精神远未达到妇孺皆知的美誉度。为了弘扬“雷锋车”精神，扩大其社会效应，文章针对其存在问题，建议建立健全志愿者服务体系，将“雷锋车精神”与校园文化建设、塑造企业精神、打造企业文化结合起来，通过各种文艺途径以及扩大网络宣传力度等方式，宣传和传承雷锋车精神，进一步扩大其社会影响力。

"LEI Feng vehicle" is a creation of XinPu railway station of Lianyungang city in national vigorous activities of le- arning from LEI Feng in the 1960s. "LEI Feng vehicle", despite wind and rain for 50 years, has been inherited the tradi- tional Chinese virtues, passed human love, received a good social effect. But within the scope of national or even Jiangsu Province, the touching stories and the dedications of "LEI Feng vehicle" crew are far from the reputation known even to women and children. In order to carry forward the spirit of "LEI Feng vehicle", expand its social effects, the article, aiming at the problems, proposes to establish a sound volunteer service system, to combine the "LEI Feng vehicle spirit with the construction of campus culture, with shaping the spirit of enterprise and building a corporate culture. Through the way of a variety of literary and expanding the network propagan,da to publicize and inherit the "LEI Feng vehicle spirit" and to further expand its influence in society.
