“双师型”教师队伍建设在提高高职院校教育质量,形成高职院校办学特色方面发挥着重要作用。然而,随着高职教育大众化进程的加快,“双师型”教师队伍建设存在重学历、轻实践,激励机制不健全;结构不合理,实践能力偏弱;培养渠道不畅,评价模式落后;绩效考评制度不完善,人才流失现象严重等问题。文章从注重“内培’’和“外引”、完善激励机制、创新教师成长机制等方面,寻求建设一支适应高职教育发展需要的“双师型”教师队伍的途径。

"Double- qualified" teachers construction plays an important role in improving the quality of higher vocational education and the formation of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. However, as to the process of popularization of higher vocational education speeding up, there are some serious problems in "double - qualified" teachers construction, such as increasing emphasis on academic qualifications, lack of practice, the incentive mechanism, the irrational structure, weak practical ability, poor access to culture and backward evaluation mode, imperfect performance appraisal system, the serious brain drain phenomenon and so on. This article looks for a suitable way for developing "Double - qualified" teach- s ers' need, including the focus on "inner training" and "outer primer", improving the incentive mechanism, and innovating teachers' growth mechanism.
