Maize%inbred line%selfing-generation%heredity of combining ability
以来自同一个选系基础材料的5个高配合力和3个低配合力的S3世代系及其30个S5后代自交系为被测系,3个常规自交系为测验种,采用NCⅡ交配设计,对自交系配合力的遗传、配合力的相关选择等进行研究。结果表明,在自交S3世代不仅性状发生分离,而且各性状的配合力也发生分离。S3世代系配合力的高低与能否从中选出高配合力自交系关系密切,从高配合力S3系中选出高配合力自交系的概率远高于低配合力S3系,但不能保证从高配合力S3系中选出的自交系都具有高配合力的特性。自交系自身性状值与其配合力存在一定的相关性,但以S3系自身性状表现为依据的选择还不能替代配合力的选择。

이래자동일개선계기출재료적5개고배합력화3개저배합력적S3세대계급기30개S5후대자교계위피측계,3개상규자교계위측험충,채용NCⅡ교배설계,대자교계배합력적유전、배합력적상관선택등진행연구。결과표명,재자교S3세대불부성상발생분리,이차각성상적배합력야발생분리。S3세대계배합력적고저여능부종중선출고배합력자교계관계밀절,종고배합력S3계중선출고배합력자교계적개솔원고우저배합력S3계,단불능보증종고배합력S3계중선출적자교계도구유고배합력적특성。자교계자신성상치여기배합력존재일정적상관성,단이S3계자신성상표현위의거적선택환불능체대배합력적선택。
Study on the heredity and correlative selection of combining ability of maize in mid-generation was conducted.The NCII mating design was used with thirty eight S3 and S5 generateion lines crossed by testers of three normal inbreds.The results showed that the segregation of combining abilities of main agronomic traits of inbred lines in midi-generation was occurred.The opportunity of selecting elite inbred lines with high combining ability from parental S3 generation lines with high GCA was much higher than from those with low GCA.Nevertheless,not all of the inbred lines selected from parental S3 generation lines had the property of high GCA.In order to develop elite inbred lines,the test for combining ability of inbred lines in the late selfing-generation still needs to be conducted,combined with the test during mid-generation.Due to weak relations of agronomic traits of inbred lines with their combining abilities,the selection for combining abilities can not be replaced by the selection for agronomic traits of inbred lines.
