以赵山渡引水工程沙门渡槽补强加固工程中应用计算机控制同步顶升技术为例,详细介绍了PLC计算机同步顶升系统的结构及同步控制原理,以及对渡槽项升施工工艺流程和关键技术控制.监控表明该应用克服了传统千斤顶不能同步控制和解决了高精度位移控制要求,对类似工程应用有一定借鉴意义.

The computer control of synchronous lifting technology in traffic bridge reinforcement construction has been widely used. The synchronous jack-up technology in aqueduct reinforcement engineering of water conservancy project is introduced in this paper. Combined with the specific project example, the structure and principle of PLC-computer synchronous jacking system is also introduced, as well as the jacking construction process and the key technical control of the aqueduct, just like synchro control and high-precison diaplacement control
