平阳县宋埠-西湾滩涂围垦工程区内采用涂泥进行吹填,设计采用了真空预压法对吹填区地基进行排水固结,以提高地基承载力.该工程吹填区通过真空预压法处理后,通过土工密度、含水量、比重、颗粒分析、液塑限、固结、压缩、无侧限抗压强度和三轴试验等,确认各项技术指标均满足设计和使用要求,处理成本也得到了很大的节约,取得了良好的技术与经济效果.

Mud hydraulic reclamation is used in Songbu-Westbay Intertidal Reclamation Project in Pingyang County, in which vacuum preloading method is adopted in reclamation zone to ensure efficient drainage and consolidation, so as to improve the bearing capacity of foundation. Various technical indicators of vacuum preloading treatment are verified to meet the design and operating requirements in soil density and , proportion, moisture content, particle size analysis, liquid plastic limit, concre- tion and compress, unconfined compressive strength and triaxial test. The vacuum preloading treatment technology for soft foundation in hydraulic engineering is worth introducing with low processing cost and good economic and technical effect.
