文章对32名女大学生进行12周麦西来甫健身操运动干预,在试验前后测量体成分并对焦虑水平进行问卷评分,结果显示:麦西来甫健身操对女大学生有减脂塑形的健身效果,可有效抑制女大学生焦虑水平的上升,增进心理健康。

There is a Maxrap aerobics exercises intervention which will take 12 weeks. The tests will be performed before and after the experiment, including body composition and anxiety. The results show that. 12 weeks Maxrap aerobics Exercises Intervention can effectively reduce the Female College Students ' body fat, inhibition of Female College Students' anxiety level to rise, enhance mental health.
