半组合船用曲轴输出端对端面和外圆跳动以及端面平面度要求较高,因此曲轴输出端法兰的钻孔难度较大,采用现有的加工工艺不能保证其形位公差。提出一种新工艺以解决法兰钻孔后形位公差超差的问题。
半組閤船用麯軸輸齣耑對耑麵和外圓跳動以及耑麵平麵度要求較高,因此麯軸輸齣耑法蘭的鑽孔難度較大,採用現有的加工工藝不能保證其形位公差。提齣一種新工藝以解決法蘭鑽孔後形位公差超差的問題。

Therefore, the flange drilling difficulty for the output end of the crankshaft is great. The existing processing technology can not guarantee the shape and position tolerance, This paper puts forward a kind of advanced technology, the technology has solved the problem of excess error in form and position tolerance after flange drilling.
