模块化机械式净水处理厂是近年来出现的新技术,该技术改变了传统式水厂的设计模式,因建造和运行机动灵活而得到了日益广泛的应用。本文针对模块化机械式净水设备的特点,对主体机械部分的强度和刚度进行了分析,对应力和变形进行了对比分析,给出了应力与变形云图,并结合实际情况对设计方案进行了改进与优化设计。

To effectively manage BOM Engineering Change (BOMEC) of product family, the internal relations among BOM views which regarded as knowledge source was revealed by study of the rule of BOM evolution in the product life cycle, knowledge connotation of KBOM was analyzed. Then by detailed researching on the physical model of BOM engineering change based on KBOM, the internal relations among BOM engineering change processes which included request, evaluation, implementation and propagation were revealed. The change impacts analysis and evaluation model was presented, the realization strategy of implementation and propagation was given. Based on it, the information model for BOM engineering change was constructed, and the software module for BOM engineering change was developed. The practical application showed the system was efficient and feasible
