介绍了工程造价专业的《建筑设备》课程培养目标和对课程重难点进行了总体分析，提出结合建筑给排水、暖通空调、建筑电气三大部分的重难点有侧重的讲解此课程，并建议在该课程教学中综合运用多种有效的教学手段，如采用多媒体现代化教学、实物教学、案例教学、现场教学、考试题型多样化等方式，以期激发学生的学习兴趣，力争使该课程教学达到事半功倍的效果。

This paper presents the training objective of the course "Building equipment" for Project Cost Major in higher vocational college, and gives an overall analysis of the curriculum difficulties. It attempts to focus on the key of the course combining with the three major difficult chapters such as building water supply and drainage, HVAC and electrical construction. Meanwhile, it proposes the comprehensive use of various effective teaching methods in teaching the course, involving multimedia modem teaching, physical education teaching, case teaching, site teach- ing, and examination of diverse kinds of questions, thus stimulating students' interest in learning to make the teach- ing achieve more with the same work.
