在分析“食品检验与分析”课程的特点的基础上,构建了课程的网络教学平台,设置了平台中的主要栏目,将传统教学内容整合成八大任务作为平台中的教学内容,为了培养学生职业核心能力,设计了网上互动平台,以便于师生互动、生生互动、生网互动。采用师生共建的模式,不断完善网络教学平台。
在分析“食品檢驗與分析”課程的特點的基礎上,構建瞭課程的網絡教學平檯,設置瞭平檯中的主要欄目,將傳統教學內容整閤成八大任務作為平檯中的教學內容,為瞭培養學生職業覈心能力,設計瞭網上互動平檯,以便于師生互動、生生互動、生網互動。採用師生共建的模式,不斷完善網絡教學平檯。
재분석“식품검험여분석”과정적특점적기출상,구건료과정적망락교학평태,설치료평태중적주요란목,장전통교학내용정합성팔대임무작위평태중적교학내용,위료배양학생직업핵심능력,설계료망상호동평태,이편우사생호동、생생호동、생망호동。채용사생공건적모식,불단완선망락교학평태。
The characteristics of the course Food Inspection and Analysis is analyzed in this article and its network teaching platform is constructed as well. And the main columns for this platform are designed, integrating the tradi- tional teaching content into eight tasks. Meanwhile, a line interactive platform is developed to help the interaction between teachers and students, students and students, and students and network, thus training the students' voca- tional core ability. By employing the teacher-student co-constructed mode, the current network teaching platform can be kept improving.
