我国现行的退休年龄已不适应老龄化社会带来的劳动力危机和养老金危机,必须进行调整,但是考虑到不同人群对延迟退休年龄的不同态度,建议我国实行适时适度、充分考虑男女差别和当事人自主意愿的弹性退休年龄改革。

Current retirement age in China has not adapted to the labor crisis and pension crisis in the aging society. It has to be changed, but taking consideration of the different attitudes of different groups for delaying the retirement age, it is recommended to implement an appropriate retirement age reform in China through taking full account of gender differences and the artiesautonomous wishes.
