Social progress and economic development puts forward higher requirements for the quality of university management.Through analysis of the ISO9000 quality management system,it is feasible to implement the ISO9000 quality management system in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should carefully analyze the management responsibility of each departments of,to make clear management responsibilities,resource allocation and business processes,in order to establish a quality management manual.Colleges and universities can choose the pilot operation of some departments to achieve a certain degree of operational experience,and then gradually promote to other sectors.Internal audit can identify problems,to establish self-improvement and improved mechanisms to continuously improve internal management.
