目的研究人参皂苷Rb3(G-Rb3)对实验性心肌缺血的保护作用,并与西洋参茎叶20S-原人参二醇皂苷(PQDS)进行比较。方法昆明种小鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素后放入盛有钠石灰的250ml广口瓶内,加盖密封后记录小鼠存活时间;Wistar大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素后观察心电图变化程度。结果 G-Rb320、40mg/kg及PQDS 50mg/kg对皮下注射异丙肾上腺素缩短小鼠在常压缺氧状态下的存活时间均具有明显对抗作用;G-Rb3 14、28mg/kg及PQDS 35mg/kg均可明显减轻垂体后叶素诱发的大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图(ST段抬高及T波高耸)变化程度。结论 G-Rb3对实验性心肌缺血具有明显保护作用,其作用强度与维拉帕米相当。

목적연구인삼조감Rb3(G-Rb3)대실험성심기결혈적보호작용,병여서양삼경협20S-원인삼이순조감(PQDS)진행비교。방법곤명충소서피하주사이병신상선소후방입성유납석회적250ml엄구병내,가개밀봉후기록소서존활시간;Wistar대서설하정맥주사수체후협소후관찰심전도변화정도。결과 G-Rb320、40mg/kg급PQDS 50mg/kg대피하주사이병신상선소축단소서재상압결양상태하적존활시간균구유명현대항작용;G-Rb3 14、28mg/kg급PQDS 35mg/kg균가명현감경수체후협소유발적대서급성심기결혈심전도(ST단태고급T파고용)변화정도。결론 G-Rb3대실험성심기결혈구유명현보호작용,기작용강도여유랍파미상당。
Objective To study the protective effect of Ginsengoside Rb3(G-Rb3) on the experimental myocardial ischemia and compare with Panas Quinquefolium 20s-protopanoxadiol Saponin(PQDS).Methods ICR mice were put in wide-mouthed bottle with 250ml natrica calx after injecting subcutaneously isoprenaline and survival time of mice was recorded after seal with lid;The changes of electrocardiogram in Wistar rats were observed after injecting hypophysin with sublingual vein.Results G-Rb3 20,40mg/kg and PQDS 50mg/kg could both prolong significantly survival time of mice in normal pressure anoxia state;G-Rb3 14,28mg/kg and PQDS 35mg/kg could both lessen significantly changes of acute myocardial ischemic electrocardiogram induced by hypophysin in rats.Conclusion G-Rb3 have significantly a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia,which are the same strength with verapamil.
