目的:探讨肝泡性包虫并发梗阻性黄疸的治疗方法,明确介入治疗在此类疾病中的作用.方法:对17例肝泡性包虫伴发黄疸的患者,应用经皮肝穿胆道引流的介入治疗方法,并对术前、术后1周及1月肝功能、黄疸指数进行测定及比较.结果:对比患者术后1月总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶数值均较术前明显下降,一般情况改善;术后1周总胆红素值明显下降,差异显著,谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶亦有所下降,但差异不明显.结论:经皮肝穿胆道引流这种介入治疗技术可使晚期泡性肝包虫患者黄疸指数下降、肝功能改善,可以进行药物及手术等针对原发病的治疗.

목적:탐토간포성포충병발경조성황달적치료방법,명학개입치료재차류질병중적작용.방법:대17례간포성포충반발황달적환자,응용경피간천담도인류적개입치료방법,병대술전、술후1주급1월간공능、황달지수진행측정급비교.결과:대비환자술후1월총담홍소、곡병전안매、감성린산매수치균교술전명현하강,일반정황개선;술후1주총담홍소치명현하강,차이현저,곡병전안매、감성린산매역유소하강,단차이불명현.결론:경피간천담도인류저충개입치료기술가사만기포성간포충환자황달지수하강、간공능개선,가이진행약물급수술등침대원발병적치료.
Objective To determine the clinical value of Interventional treatment for hepatic alveolar echi- nococcosis with obstructive jaundice. Methods The 17 patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and ob- structive jaundice received PTCD, the serum levels of total bilirubin, Alanine transaminase and alkaline phosphatase were determined before the treatments and on postoperative 1 week and 1 month. Results The serum levels of total bilirubin, Alanine transaminase and alkaline phosphataseobviously decreased in all the patients at 1 mouth after PTCD,such as in the serum levels of total bilirubin on postoperative 1 week in all the patients. The serum levels of Alanine transaminaseand alkaline phosphatase indistinctively decreased in all the patients at 1 week after PTCD. Conclusions Interventional treatment can improve liver function and reduce icteric index in patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and obstructive jaundice, strive opportu- nity for drugs and surgical treatment.
