针对电雷管卡口工序生产过程中可能出现安全事故的问题,设计了卡口过程中摩擦、碰撞等实验,研究了卡口过程中发生摩擦、碰撞时引火药球的发火特性,结果表明:苦味酸钾制造的引火药球摩擦感度、撞击感度优于含DDNP的引火药球,同时也优于氯酸钾.碳系引火药球;选择苦味酸钾制造的引火药球并对引火药球表面进行钝化处理,能大幅度提高卡口工序的安全性。
針對電雷管卡口工序生產過程中可能齣現安全事故的問題,設計瞭卡口過程中摩抆、踫撞等實驗,研究瞭卡口過程中髮生摩抆、踫撞時引火藥毬的髮火特性,結果錶明:苦味痠鉀製造的引火藥毬摩抆感度、撞擊感度優于含DDNP的引火藥毬,同時也優于氯痠鉀.碳繫引火藥毬;選擇苦味痠鉀製造的引火藥毬併對引火藥毬錶麵進行鈍化處理,能大幅度提高卡口工序的安全性。
침대전뢰관잡구공서생산과정중가능출현안전사고적문제,설계료잡구과정중마찰、팽당등실험,연구료잡구과정중발생마찰、팽당시인화약구적발화특성,결과표명:고미산갑제조적인화약구마찰감도、당격감도우우함DDNP적인화약구,동시야우우록산갑.탄계인화약구;선택고미산갑제조적인화약구병대인화약구표면진행둔화처리,능대폭도제고잡구공서적안전성。
In view of the possible safety problems in the process of electric detonator crimping operation, the friction and impact experiments in crimping operation process have been designed and the ignition characteristics of the ignition ball in crimping operation process have been studied. The results show that the friction and impact sensitivity of ignition ball produced by potassium picrate is better than that of DDNP and also better than that of potassium chlorate-carbon system. The safety of crimping operation process can be greatly improved through choosing potassium picrate to produce ignition ball and passivating the surface of ignaition ball.
