灌区水量的测流计量是灌区实现“总量控制”和“定额管理”的基础性工作,是水量计量收费的依据.U形渠道以其占地少、工程量小、耐冻胀及其优越的水力条件已在灌区广泛应用.通过对国内U形渠道量水技术和方法研究,提出了适宜宁夏引黄灌区U形渠道经济、便捷的流速仪量水技术和方法,经过大量试验数据对比误差在5%之内,满足量水精度的要求,可以在灌区推广使用.

It is basic work for water metering and calculation of irrigation district to achieve "the total control" and "the quota management", and the basis of the water metering and charging. The U-shaped channel has been used widely in irrigated areas for its small footprint, a small amount of engineering, anti- frost heaving and good hydraulic conditions. Based on the research of the domestic water measurement techniques and methods for the U-shaped channel, this paper put forward the methods and technology by use of flow meter for the U-shaped channel, they have the characteristics of economic and convenient, and suitablility for use in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation District, After a large number of test data comparison, the error is within 5% that meet the accuracy requirements of the flow measurement, so the methods can be used wildly in the irrigation area.
