在论述秦巴山区水资源开发利用现状的基础上，探讨了水资源开发利用与当地经济发展的关系，并着重讨论了水资源的自然和社会价值，对开发利用过程中存在的一些问题进行了总结，认为该区水资源开发具有良好的前景，最后为合理开发利用水资源提出了对策建议．
在論述秦巴山區水資源開髮利用現狀的基礎上，探討瞭水資源開髮利用與噹地經濟髮展的關繫，併著重討論瞭水資源的自然和社會價值，對開髮利用過程中存在的一些問題進行瞭總結，認為該區水資源開髮具有良好的前景，最後為閤理開髮利用水資源提齣瞭對策建議．

On the basis of discussion of the present situation of Qinba mountain water resources development and utilization, the relationship between the development and utilization of water resources with local economic development is explored, and natural and social value of water resources are emphatically discussed, problems in the process of development and utilization are concluded that water resources development in the area has a good future, and finally, some suggestions for the rational development and utilization of water resources were put forward.
