壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰基的产物,是第二大天然高分子,由于其良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和成型性,作为骨组织工程支架材料越来越受到重视.对壳聚糖为主的复合骨组织工程支架的相关研究进行综述。可以掌握其在不同的材料体系中的功能作用,并可预见壳聚糖基生物材料在骨组织工程中的发展潜力.

Chitosan (CS) is a deacetylated derivative of chitin, the second abundant natural biopolymer. Due to its interesting characteristics: bioeompatible, biodegradation and the ability to he molded in various geometries, it has more and more attention as bone tissue engineering scaffold materials gradually. It is more valuable to review the research articles about chitosan used in composite bone tissue engineering scaffold. The functions in composite scaffolds can be found by reviews and it would be applied worthily. Extensive using of Chitosan-based biomaterials in bone tissue engineering will be foreknown by this review
