煤质活性炭在生产过程中由活化炉产生的活化尾气,长期以来被认为没有污染而直接排放.通过对活化尾气进行监测,确定其含有一氧化碳等可燃有害污染物,利用活化尾气通过焚烧+余热利用的方式生产蒸气,并回用于活化工段,替代现有蒸气锅炉,节能减排效果显著.

For a long time, activated exhaust of activation furnace, which is produced in the process of activated carbon from coal, is considered that there is no pollution and discharged directly. Monitoring shows that the exhaust contains carbon monoxide and other combustible hazardous pollutant. The method, which is activated exhaust burning and producing steam from waste heat, and returning steam to activation section, to replace the existing steam boiler, has remarkable energy saving effect.
