以2,6-吡啶二甲酸为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,微波辐射条件下合成了2,6-吡啶二甲酸二乙酯,并研究了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、辐射时间和微波辐射功率对产物收率的影响。结果表明,当微波功率为200W,辐射时间为30min,醇酸摩尔比24∶1,浓硫酸为2mL时,收率可达79.3%.
以2,6-吡啶二甲痠為原料,濃硫痠為催化劑,微波輻射條件下閤成瞭2,6-吡啶二甲痠二乙酯,併研究瞭催化劑用量、醇痠摩爾比、輻射時間和微波輻射功率對產物收率的影響。結果錶明,噹微波功率為200W,輻射時間為30min,醇痠摩爾比24∶1,濃硫痠為2mL時,收率可達79.3%.

Diethyl 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate was synthesized under microwave irradiation by using 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid as raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of the dosage of catalyst,microwave radiated time,the molar ratio for raw materials and microwave radiated power on the yield were investigated.The results showed that The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the concentrated sulfuric acid was 2ml(0.037mol),microwave radiated time was 30 min,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 24:1 and the microwave radiated power was 200W.The yield of product was 79.3% in the optimum reaction conditions.
