以受体菌株Bt185和常规化学农药为对照,研究转cry8C/cry3A工程菌BIOT1853A对花生田主要节肢动物类群数量的影响。研究结果表明:花生田地上部分主要节肢动物分为以下9个类群:蝗虫类、蟋蟀类、粉虱类、叶甲类、叶蝉类、瓢虫类、蝽类、草蛉类和蜘蛛类;施加不同浓度工程菌BIOT1853A对主要节肢动物类群的组成、数量和时序动态均无显著性影响。综合分析认为,工程菌BIOT1853A对花生田节肢动物群落无明显的负面影响。

The effects of engineered Bacillus thuringiensis with cry8C and cry3A on the number of major arthropod groups in peanut field were studied, with receipt strain Bt185 and conventional in- secticide as the controls. The results showed that: the main arthropod groups in peanut field were lo- custs, crickets, whiteflies, leaf beetles, leafhoppers, ladybirds, bugs, lacewings and spiders. Using different concentrations of BIOT1853A had no significant effect on the composition, number and tem- poral dynamics of major arthropod groups. It was apparent that BIOT1853A has no significant nega- tive effect on the peanut field arthropod community.
