目的:探讨高师生时间管理倾向与自我和谐的关系。方法:采用"青少年时间管理倾向量表"和"自我和谐量表"对湖北省某高校445名高师生进行团体施测。结果:高师生时间管理倾向总量表和个分量表的得分以及和自我和谐总量表和各分量表的得分均没有显著的性别﹑年级差异(p〉.05);高师生的时间监控观和时间效能感同自我与经验的不和谐呈显著负相关,高师生的时间管理倾向同自我灵活性呈极其显著的正相关;高、低时间管理倾向的高师生在自我与经验的不和谐(t=-5.461,p〈0.001)﹑自我灵活性(t=5.005,p〈0.001)两因子上的得分有极其显著的差异。结论:高师生时间管理倾向对其自我和谐水平具有一定的预测作用。

The research aims to identify the relationship between time management disposition and self-consistency and congruence among college students in Chinese culture.445 college students in Hubei were measured with the adolescence time management disposition scale and self-consistency and congruence scale.We found there are not significant differences between male and female students as well as among students of different grades.The correlation analyses reveal that there are significantly positive correlations between time management disposition and self-consistency and congruence basically.There are significant differences between higher time management disposition students and lower time management disposition students in the score of self-consistency and congruence.And time management disposition has some predictive effect for self-consistency and congruence.
