根据当前国内冰雪体育旅游的发展趋势，充分挖掘了河北省冰雪旅游开发所具备的区域环境、地质地貌、丰富的旅游资源以及政策扶持等开发优势，结合当前河北省冰雪旅游现状以及存在的问题，从开发理念、规划布局、打造品牌、营销手段科学多样化、以及服务设施建设等方面，提出河北省冰雪体育旅游资源开发的策略。
근거당전국내빙설체육여유적발전추세，충분알굴료하북성빙설여유개발소구비적구역배경、지질지모、봉부적여유자원이급정책부지등개발우세，결합당전하북성빙설여유현상이급존재적문제，종개발이념、규화포국、타조품패、영소수단과학다양화、이급복무설시건설등방면，제출하북성빙설체육여유자원개발적책략。
By tracking the development trends of the ice-snow sports tourism in China, approaches including the de velopment ideas, planning layout, brand building, diverse marketing methods and development of service and facili ties were proposed in this paper for the development of the ice-snow sports tourism in Hebei province, on the basis of detailed analysis of advantages such as the local environment, geology and geomorphology, 'the abundant tourism re sources and the policy support, as well as the status and problems of the ice-snow sports tourism in Hebei province.
