创新型人才的培养是当前高等教育所面临的紧迫问题。结合土木工程专业《土木工程材料》课程的教学，围绕创新型人才培养目标，从教学理念、教学方式、教学方法以及实践教学等方面进行了一定的探索与实践，从而为探索创新型人才培养的教学模式提供了启示。
創新型人纔的培養是噹前高等教育所麵臨的緊迫問題。結閤土木工程專業《土木工程材料》課程的教學，圍繞創新型人纔培養目標，從教學理唸、教學方式、教學方法以及實踐教學等方麵進行瞭一定的探索與實踐，從而為探索創新型人纔培養的教學模式提供瞭啟示。
창신형인재적배양시당전고등교육소면림적긴박문제。결합토목공정전업《토목공정재료》과정적교학，위요창신형인재배양목표，종교학이념、교학방식、교학방법이급실천교학등방면진행료일정적탐색여실천，종이위탐색창신형인재배양적교학모식제공료계시。
The cultivation of innovative talents is an urgent problem for higher education. Aiming to serve teaching the course of "civil engineering materials" for civil engineering majors, and to cultivate innovative talents, this paper undertook certain exploration and practice in teaching philosophy, mode, method and practical teaching etc, so as to provide beneficial inspiration to the exploration of the teaching mode of cultivating innovative talents.
