本文以喜钙植物伞花木和嫌钙植物大白杜鹃为实验材料,比较研究了外源Ca2+对其生长、叶绿素含量和矿质元素含量分布的影响。结果表明:在0~50mmol/L范围内,随着外源Ca2+浓度的增加,伞花木植株高度、基茎以及叶重、叶长、叶宽和叶形指数均得到促进,叶绿素含量增加;嫌钙植物的生长却受到抑制,叶绿素含量降低;进一步分析了两种植物植株体内N、P、K和Ca等元素含量变化,喜钙植物表现出很好的体内Ca稳态和P吸收,嫌钙植物表现出显著的Ca累积和较低的P吸收。表明伞花木对Ca2+有良好的适应性,Ca和P的运转及作用机理可能与植物喜钙机制相关。

본문이희개식물산화목화혐개식물대백두견위실험재료,비교연구료외원Ca2+대기생장、협록소함량화광질원소함량분포적영향。결과표명:재0~50mmol/L범위내,수착외원Ca2+농도적증가,산화목식주고도、기경이급협중、협장、협관화협형지수균득도촉진,협록소함량증가;혐개식물적생장각수도억제,협록소함량강저;진일보분석료량충식물식주체내N、P、K화Ca등원소함량변화,희개식물표현출흔호적체내Ca은태화P흡수,혐개식물표현출현저적Ca루적화교저적P흡수。표명산화목대Ca2+유량호적괄응성,Ca화P적운전급작용궤리가능여식물희개궤제상관。
The plant growth,chlorophyll content,mineral element accumulation were measured to study the efffect of exogenous Ca2+ on Eurycorymbus cavaleriei(calcicole) and Rhododendron decorum(calcifuge).The results showed that several parameters,such as plant height,leaf dry weight,leaf length,leaf width,leaf index,stem diameter,contents of chlorophyll of Eurycorymbus cavaleriei were promoted with the increase of exogenous Ca2+ concentration,while for Rhododendron decorum,these parameters were prohibited.In addition,at the range of 0-50mmol/L concentration of exogenous Ca2+,Eurycorymbus cavaleriei has better maintenance calcium homeostasis and higher phosphor absorption,while Rhododendron decorum has remarkable calcium accumulation and lower phosphor absorption simultaneously.It was concluded that Eurycorymbus cavaleriei(calcicole) have developed a physiological mechanism to adopt the environment with excessive calcium.
