基于CFD技术对不同流道结构的平板式纳滤膜分离器内的流动进行了数值模拟,以考察流道结构对膜分离性能的影响。分析了在平板膜器中加设螺旋形隔板和蛇形隔板后截面流体的次流状况。模拟结果表明在无绕流板流道中加设隔板后存在次流现象,螺旋形流道中流体流动存在二次流漩涡,蛇形流道拐角附近的流体也存在较强的二次流动,对减轻膜污染和浓差极化均有作用。
基于CFD技術對不同流道結構的平闆式納濾膜分離器內的流動進行瞭數值模擬,以攷察流道結構對膜分離性能的影響。分析瞭在平闆膜器中加設螺鏇形隔闆和蛇形隔闆後截麵流體的次流狀況。模擬結果錶明在無繞流闆流道中加設隔闆後存在次流現象,螺鏇形流道中流體流動存在二次流漩渦,蛇形流道枴角附近的流體也存在較彊的二次流動,對減輕膜汙染和濃差極化均有作用。

In order to study the influence of flow passage structure on membrane separation performance,the flows in flat nanofiltration membrane separators with various flow passage structures were analyzed by numerical simulation based on CFD technology.The secondary flows of the spiral flow passage and serpentine flow passage were analyzed.It was indicated by the results that there were secondary flows when adding proper kind of flow passages in a flat membrane separator;vortexes appeared at spiral flow passage and a strong secondary flow existed near the corner of serpentine flow passage.,which were helpful for reducing membrane fouling and concentration polarization.
