沙棘是药食同源的功能植物,其果、叶、皮中富含有维生素c、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、原花青素、槲皮素、多糖等多种抗辐射生物活性物质。本文就沙棘中主要的抗辐射生物活性物质的抗辐射机理,近年有关的抗辐射试验研究状况进行了综述,并对沙棘抗辐射研究提出进一步的展望。
沙棘是藥食同源的功能植物,其果、葉、皮中富含有維生素c、維生素E、β-鬍蘿蔔素、原花青素、槲皮素、多糖等多種抗輻射生物活性物質。本文就沙棘中主要的抗輻射生物活性物質的抗輻射機理,近年有關的抗輻射試驗研究狀況進行瞭綜述,併對沙棘抗輻射研究提齣進一步的展望。

Seabuckthorn is one of the medicinal and edible plants which is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, β-carotene, proanthocyanidins, quercetin, polysaccharides and other anti-radiation active substances. In this paper, the anti-radiation mechanisms, recent researches of main anti-radiation active substances in seabuckthorn were reviewed, and development prospect of anti-radiation research of seabuckthorn was proposed.
