This article begins with the general characteristics of management teaching,according to the students’ characteristics and learning requirements,combined with the development trends of the social economy and management of its own.It describes the thoughts and practice of management teaching reforms,focusing on the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching conditions and assessment methods in order to cultivate management personnel of innovative consciousness and the pioneering spirit.
