为积极探索具有自学考试特色的新型人才培养模式，2008年江苏省试行“专接本”项目。文章阐述了“专接本”的定义和产生背景，从实践的角度提出了”专接本“项目的创新之处，并分析了制约“专接本”可持续发展的几个因素。

Faulty - to - undergraduate project in Jiangsu was implemented to explore the innovative mode of talent training with self-taught examination characteristics in 2008. The definition and original background were repre- sented in the paper. Some innovative points of faulty - to - undergraduate the project were given from the view of practice. Also the influential factors restricted the faulty - to - undergraduate sustainable development were ana- lyzed.
