培养高素质、高技能人才是高职院校的办学使命。在“高素质为本、高技能为重、高就业导向”办学理念的指引下，我们探索创建了“三协同”高技能人才思想政治素质教育新模式。该模式的构建与实施，提升了高职大学生思想政治素质教育的效果，为深化高校思想政治教育改革积累了可资借鉴的经验。
