The detection technology of ground-penetrating radar is a noninvasive, high-precision physical detection method, which is important in testing defect and treatment effect of the tunnel. This article introduces working principle and testing methods of ground-penetrating radar. And with the practice of the tunnel testing of Erguang Expressway, ap- plication of ground-penetrating radar on the tunnel's defects and processing detection has been presented.
