The article analyzes the content and characteristics on island outdoor psychological training. It investigates the training project feasibility from four dimensions: environmental resources, time, experience and efficiency. It also has an in-depth exploration on training philosophy, training objectives and training process, trying to form the general pattern on the island outdoor psychological training and to implement scientific and standardized management.
