随着电力电子学的飞速发展,经典的开关电源由于功率因数低、开关损耗大、谐波含量高等缺点已不能满足高频开关电源的发展要求。为了解决这问题,将功率因数校正技术和软开关技术结合使用使功率开关器件工作在零电压或零电流状态,降低了开关损耗、提高了功率因数。
隨著電力電子學的飛速髮展,經典的開關電源由于功率因數低、開關損耗大、諧波含量高等缺點已不能滿足高頻開關電源的髮展要求。為瞭解決這問題,將功率因數校正技術和軟開關技術結閤使用使功率開關器件工作在零電壓或零電流狀態,降低瞭開關損耗、提高瞭功率因數。

With the rapid development of the power electronics, the classic switching power supply has come with defects such as low power factor, big switch loss and high harmonic content, and so on. Thus it cant meet the de- velopment requirements of the continuously rising switch frequency. In order to solve these problems, this paper in- tegrates the power factor correction technology and the soft switch technology to make the high frequency switch cir- cuit work in zero voltage or zero current state. So the switch loss is greatly reduced and the power factor is greatly improved.
